However, what is special about a human being who facilitate the production of machines is that they are capable of innovation and initiative. Now, initiative simply means the ability to do things without being told, and generally excelling within the workplace. Indeed, those who display initiative are often easily captured in this term: primus inter pares– first among equals, and these are the ones companies are really after, as each of these employees are not only able to do their tasks, they can solve problems, preempt difficulties as they come along, exceed quotas, work quickly and efficiently, and they have generally perceptive minds that can result to them being able to add more insights on problems even their superiors may be unable to see.  The mentality of excellence

 The most capable of people are often those who are able to manifest a strong will first, and ability next. This is because the right attitude can necessarily push anyone to become their very best, and do tasks that can seem too large for a lot of people. Not only that, it can also serve as a basis for whenever more serious problems start to rise; the desire for excellence, therefore, can not only give participants that necessary boost to achieve even the grandest, most impossible of things, it can also give them the necessary strength to weather whatever challenges may come at them. None are better teachers of excellence than those who have achieved boundless success. Here, participants can learn from modern-day people of greatness, and even from the civilisations who treated excellence as virtue itself.

Stress Management

 While a mentality of excellence is absolutely formidable, people who possess it are not invincible. Often, stress can really influence their decisions and make them perform at their worst. In fact, stress can be the very thing that can rob people of their desire to succeed as they endeavour to avoid having more of it. Unfortunately, this can ultimately work against companies which require profit and employees capable of providing quality service to customers. As such, there is a need for participants to handle various stress management techniques such as breathing exercises and anger management training.  Time and task management

Communication skills
