Drainers and Fillers

In this part of the session participants will identify the issues that drain and energise them. They will also take another look at the scenarios that have affected their life over the past week to see how those scenarios might be approached differently. We help participants to shift activities and the situations to create new behaviour.

What’s Stress all About?

Would you like to discover more about the four areas that stress is all about. Participants learn what stress is and the positive effects of stress. We explore the causes of pressure, and suggests general and particular stress management strategies that individuals can use each day. We also help individuals recognize the symptoms that tell you when you have chronic stress overload.

Stress at Home

Even though we assist people in the workplace we also help participants with extra tips on running their family in a way that reduces tension at home. Some quick tips that will help with their stress and additional stressful situations. Participants will identify those situations in their own life that cause the greatest anxiety’s.

Building a Strong Foundation

This part of the session here is great for participants to be able to learn about the four principals of stress management. Specific focus will be given to relaxation techniques and help in a strong base for managing stress.

Pressure at Work

In this session, participants will complete a stress inventory to help them identify areas of stress at work. Participants may also identify some solutions for work-related anxiety. Our trainer will be able to assist with minimising stress issues within the workplace and provide solutions for common stress causing areas. Many people feel the requirements of the workplace, together with the demands of living, have become too much to deal with. Mental Strategies

Defining Stress and How It Affects Us

In this part of the session we discuss how to currently handle stressful situations. Participants will define anxiety, and learn in a personal activity what they score on the Pre-assignment (the Holmes-Rahe anxiety scale) means.
