This session will help you teach employees how to:

Identify common communication problems that may be holding them back

We all communicate in our day to day life, learning some of the common issues that we all face and learning solutions for those issues will help us to become better communicators.

Develop skills in asking questions

Asking the right questions will help in getting the right responses. Our trainers are able to inform and instruct on how to prepare your questions and to use them in a correct manner. Combining the right combination of questions will also help build perception.

Identify what their non-verbal messages are telling others

Your body language will communicate messages to people. Learn how to read body language using context, congruence and clusters. Use to build a more effective message when communicating.

Develop skills in listening actively

Listening can be difficult at times, we all have barriers and the human mind is sophisticated. Learning how we take in information and how we store messages will assist in becoming better at listening and retention.

Enhance their ability to handle difficult situations

When difficult situations arise you may be required to think about your communication style and words carefully. Our trainers provide some quick fall back advice that will buy you time and also assist in calmly communicating.

Introduction and Session Review
We spend the very first part of the day getting to know participants and talking about what’s going to occur during the session. Your team will even have a chance to create some of their own personal learning objectives.

The Ten Commandments of Positive Relationships
With this session, participants will explore ten methods to construct positive relationships, including using uplifting messages.

Self Awareness
Understanding your anxieties can allow you to address them. Participants will finish a self confidence evaluation and then the group will discuss fears and remedies.

In this session, we help participants identify their strengths and weaknesses through an individual exercise plus a role-play.

Communication Barriers
After a big group case study, participants will work in little groups to discuss obstacles to communicating. Participants will even complete a short exercise to exemplify how these obstacles apply to everyday life.

Listening Skills
Participants will work on their listening skills by participating in two quizzes plus a role play. We’ve also supplied two discussions for the trainer.

Remembering Names
To begin the next session, participants will write down the names of other participants. Then, the trainer can segue into a discussion on hints for remembering names.

Body Language
To start this session, the trainer will discuss the notion of body language in a lecture.
Then, participants will complete a little group exercise plus a sizable group exercise to investigate the idea further.

Johari Windows
The Johari Window is a means of looking at our self-awareness as well as our capability to ask comments of others. We’ll consider the Johari Window in detail in this session.

Self Image
In this session, we’ll consider the things people decide out of your appearance.
Employees will research this thought further using the images collected in the pre assignment.
The session will close with a self-assessment exercise.

Frame of Reference
This session will investigate our frame of reference as well as the assumptions that people make through a lecture, big group exercise, and group discussion.

Five Strategies to Connections
We’ll start this issue with a brief discussion. Then, participants will research an unique strategy of their choice in a little group. Next, each group will report their findings.

How we see ourselves has an effect on how we interact with others. Through lecture, case studies, and conversation, this session will investigate methods that participants can enhance their self image and therefore deal with challenging circumstances assertively and absolutely.

Session Wrap Up
At the conclusion of the day, employees are going to have a chance to ask questions and complete an action plan.
