The day will begin with getting to know the participants and discussing what will be going on during the days’ session. You and your team will be given time to your own personal learning objectives.
The Ten Commandments of Positive Relationships
Here you will learn how to make and maintain positive relationships by using various techniques such as knowing when and how to use uplifting messages.
Understanding yourself, where your strengths and weaknesses lie, will help you to address those weaknesses and play to your strengths.
In this part of the session, we will employ role-playing activities so as to be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your team and figure out how to address them.
Here participants will be involved in a big group case study. Participants will work in groups and discuss the different barriers to effective communication. By the end of this, participants will be able to identify and remedy the obstacles to effective communication in everyday life.
Participants will be tested on their listening skills through two quizzes plus a role-play. Activities intended to improve listening skills will also be applied. Our trainer will also give two discussions on listening skills.
Remembering names can greatly improve your relationships with clients and customers. Here exercises for applying various techniques in remembering names will be applied. The trainer will also give a discussion on the hints and tips on how to remember names.
To start this session, the trainer will discuss the notion of body language in a lecture.
Then, participants will complete a little group exercise plus a sizable group exercise to investigate the idea further.
The Johari Window is a means of looking at our self-awareness as well as our capability to ask comments of others. We’ll consider the Johari Window in detail in this session.
