NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. NLP interaction can be understood in terms of several major stages including establishing rapport, gleaning information about a problem mental state and desired goals, using specific tools and techniques to make interventions, and integrating proposed changes into the participants life. We use NLP tools within training to understand whether rapport has been built with participants, if they understand the material and also reading body language within the session itself to gauge the groups learning ability and remaining focus.
