New Learning Management System LMS
Online Learning Management System Now Available
With the announcement of more than 300 training courses comes Paramount Training and Development’s introduction of entirely new ways of learning via the new Learning Management System (LMS). According to Paramount, this is the result of hundreds of customer feedback throughout their years of teaching as well as technological advancements. Now, the training company offers two extra training options which make use of technology and optimisation tools.
The Online Self-Paced Training Option is Paramount’s first under the LMS, with hundreds of training videos that are playable on any device. Accessibility is guaranteed as employees are able to login to their accounts immediately after paying for said service.
In addition to its vast training selection, the Online Self-Paced Training Option offers students a unique way of tracking their learning progress: through the Printed Certificate Option, Paramount can post for students their Professional Grade Certificate, containing scores based on how well they did in their activities.
The second option under the LMS is the Online Trainer-Assisted Option. This will allow trainers to educate students individually. Clients are still able to select from within 300 separate training courses and are also able to assign their own training date and time. This is remarkably opposed to standard training seminar schedules of 9AM to 4PM. According to the training company, this is meant to address the problem of some professionals either being assigned to places too far or having schedules too rigid for conventional training options.
The company also guarantees that all services under the LMS will contain no slots. This means that clients will not need to make any reservations nor inquire about them. For Paramount Training and Development, the goal is to make sure that each service under the LMS is as accessible and portable as ever.
